South Kesteven District Council is currently considering how it can fund the Council Tax Support (CTS) scheme from April 2024 and has put forward a number of changes for public consultation.
Before approving a final scheme, South Kesteven District Council is required to consult with any person we consider is likely to have an interest in the operation of the scheme.
A consultation has been published on our website, which can be viewed at www.southkesteven.gov.uk/CouncilTaxSupportSchemeSurvey
We are issuing a press release with details, inviting completion of on online consultation. We have also written to all those in receipt of Council Tax Support.
The consultation period starts on Friday 1st September and ends at 5pm on Friday 13th October.
The final Council Tax Support scheme for 2024/25 will be approved at the Council meeting January 2024.
