Barrowby News is an independent monthly newsletter produced by a group of Barrowby village volunteers for the people of Barrowby.

The Parish Council did support the start of the Newsletter in 2012 after which income has been sourced from advertising by local businesses and the annual village scarecrow event held each summer. Currently some 1022 homes are in Barrowby where the Newsletter is delivered each month. The Newsletter is available to inform villagers of activities due to take place in their Village and also reports on what has taken place. Copies are available at the Co-op supermarket and The White Swan.
