LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(BARROWBY – THE POST, CHURCH STREET, HIGH ROAD,
RECTORY LANE AND MAIN STREET,)
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) AMENDMENT ORDER 20
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an
Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect
of which will be to introduce
• No Waiting at Any Time on the western side of The Post
• No Waiting at Any Time will replace the existing advisory school safety zone
(20mph speed limit will remain) on Church Street, High Road, Rectory Lane and
Main Street
• No Waiting Mon -Fri 8am to 9.30am and 2.30pm to 4pm on eastern side of The Post,
Church Street and Main Street
Exemptions are included which will permit waiting for disabled persons’ vehicles and for
the purpose of picking up or setting down passengers, loading or unloading of goods,
the maintenance of the roads, and works in connection with the supply of gas, electricity,
water and telecommunications apparatus.

Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected on our website:

Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds on which they are made, must be
